  1. My favorite scene in a book is in Richelle Mead's Vampire Academy series. The first time Rose and Dimitri make love!! Their connection is so powerful! Shanna Clemens, shannaclmns@yahoo.com

  2. Iron Queen - Iron Fey Series - Julie Kagawa - (I can't describe it without spoiling it, trust me), it's the 2nd last scene and what a twist it has... I got my tissues and bawled like a baby... dried myself up and then read the last scene... only to cry again... The book has left me aching for the Iron Knight, released later this year! ronda_333@hotmail.com

  3. Well of course it's Chapter 32 in Jeanne Frost's One Foot In The Grave...ummmm yeah, hot hot hot!

Also, I've got to say that any of the Wolf Tales or Sexy Beast books, by Kate Douglas, have the hottest sex scenes as well. Be warned though that there is M/F M/M F/F M/M/F M/M/F/F :)

  4. Though I am obviously NOT going to be int he contest I am going to throw one out there. I would say the scene in Lover Awakened when Z finds Bella is a very memorable one. ;-)

  7. My favorite as of now is Gwen Hayes, Falling Under. I really like the part where Haden and Theia are talking ang Haden said, "Do you think it’s easy for me? No, I don’t remember you. I don’t remember holding you or talking to you or falling in love with you—but I walk around with a giant hole in my heart all the time. I feel your absence every second of the day. It aches and nothing soothes it. Losing you is bad enough, but I don’t even get the comfort of remembering that I had you once."

it is a very romantic thought.

  8. I have so many wonderful scenes in my ehad from books I've read...I can't possibly chose one. Welllll maybe one -- a scene in Shadow Fever, but I can't describe, for it is a spoiler...but it's a good one.

  10. Congrats on reaching 300 Followers on FB!!

Most memorable would have to been when Mac realized that she killed Barrons in Shadowfever....I think I cried way too much!

  11. I read a lot so there are many memorable scenes. One of the most touching scenes I've read is in Jeaniene Frost's "At Grave's End" when Cat thinks Bones is dead and contemplates jumping off a cliff. Vlad talks her down and during their conversation he tells her "Don't squander what you have. If you do, you'll spend the rest of your days regretting it". That will ALWAYS stick with me.

  12. OMG! Yes Mel, that's when I decided that I loved Vlad.

  15. Sorry it took me forever to post this. Ana and Shanna are the winners. That said I had some complications and it took me longer than expected to ship them out. I upped it to 6 books each and threw in a Maryjanice Davidson Vampire Queen Betsy bookmark out of guilt. LOL You should be seeing them any day.

That said, I am getting geared up for our Jane Jameson Contest, next week. =D
