Magic Slays by Ilona Andrews~ V^^^VWow, so many things happened in this book I don't know where to begin. It started off with a bang when Julie runs away from school, again. From there the crap just keeps rolling downhill. As I have reported in the previous reviews, I am not a big fan of this series but it seems to be growing on me. As the story finally seems to have some character situations beyond just Kate I feel like there is something for me to actually can from it. This book had plenty of action and emotion. Some interesting new developments with Kate's business and a return of her missing BFF. I hope that this series continues to improve. ~Michelle
